Instructions

  4. Create the Cream Sauce: Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan (that’s flavor!). Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it bubble for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
